Sowing the seeds of excellence; Honouring the dignity of all, Feeling Empowered.

Ofsted and Performance Data

We are extremely proud of our school and all of our strengths -

'The re-designed curriculum ensures that every pupil has broad experiences across a wide range of subjects that are relevant to their ages and needs. Subjects are led by confident middle leaders who have good subject knowledge and a clear understanding of the good progress pupils are making in their subjects.'

'The school’s work to promote pupils’ personal development and welfare is outstanding.'

'Pupils’ conduct throughout the day is excellent. Pupils and adults treat each other with kindness and respect and are proud to be part of the Stallingborough family.'

' ‘Spreading the happiness’ is a part of everyday life at Stallingborough.'

'All leaders and staff make sure, through a variety of strategies of support and nurture, that pupils are exceptionally well cared for and their needs very well met. Many pupils say that one of the best things about their school is the way the staff treat them. One pupil said, ‘They treat us like their own children.’

'A nurturing supportive environment, with enticing activities planned for and well delivered by the early years team, ensures that children get off to a positive start in Reception.'

SIAMS 2016

'The loving and caring environment created through distinctive Christian values makes a profound impact on pupils’ wellbeing and learning.'

'All pupils are highly valued and nurtured within this context as individuals enabling them to grow academically, spiritually, morally and socially.'

'Staff consistently model high expectations of good behaviour and enable pupils to feel safe, happy, valued and cared for.'

Values 'are deeply embedded in all aspects of school life and make a significant difference to the quality of nurture given to all pupils who are highly valued and treated with great kindness and compassion. The impact of this nurture raises pupils’ self-esteem which enables them to succeed in their learning because they give of their best through positive attitudes.'
